Ricky L. Liss

Ricky L. Liss received a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Temple University, and earned his law degree from Villanova University in 1981. That same year, he was admitted to practice by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, as well as the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Liss serves on the Philadelphia Bar Association Arbitration Committee, and is regularly appointed by other lawyers and courts to serve as an arbitrator or mediator to resolve cases. Mr. Liss is the former president of the Abington Chapter of B’nai Brith as well as the honored recipient of the Poor Richard’s Award for his charitable service to the community. He volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and recently rebuilt homes in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana for victims of hurricane Katrina. Mr. Liss is also an active member of Room to Grow, an organization that renovates rooms for indigents, the disabled, and the homeless. Mr. Liss is also active with the Casey Feldman Foundation, which was established to promote traffic safety awareness, prevent distracted driving, and to support other worthy causes in the community.

George S. Marion

George Marion received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University and earned his law degree from the Boston University School of Law. He is an experienced Trial Attorney and is a Fellow of the Academy of Advocacy through the Temple University School of Law. Mr. Marion has litigated hundreds of personal injury cases in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties as well as in the Lehigh Valley and the State of New Jersey. The settlements, awards, and verdicts that he has obtained for clients of Liss & Marion, P.C. are exemplary. Mr. Marion is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Associations, the Northampton County Bar Association and maintains his license and certification to practice law in the State of New Jersey.

Joshua Feissner

Joshua Feissner received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bates College, in Lewiston, Maine, where he majored in Psychology. Before entering law school, he worked in the mental health field and as a paralegal in Philadelphia. Josh earned his Law Degree from Temple University and was subsequently admitted to the  B ar by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He began his legal career  in an insurance defense firm, representing employers and their insurers in workers’ compensation matters. His defense practice later expanded to include representation of defendants in a variety of casualty-related matters. His litigation experience made him an excellent addition to Liss & Marion when he joined the firm in January of 2008. In addition to workers’ compensation and personal injury claims, Josh also represents clients seeking Social Security Disability benefits.

Richard L. Stutman

Richard L. Stutman received both his Bachelor of Arts degree (graduated Cum Laude in 1982) and his law degree (1988) from Temple University.  At Law School, he earned the Albert M. Cohen Memorial Award for dedication to the Law School Community, was Assistant Editor of the Environmental Law Journal and was active in the Student Bar Association.  He is admitted to practice by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania  and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.  He is a Fellow of the Academy of Advocacy of Temple University School of Law, and he has litigated hundreds of cases in the Courts of Common Pleas of Philadelphia and its surrounding counties.  Mr. Stutman began his career as law clerk to the Honorable Joseph A. Smyth of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.  After that, he specialized in the field of insurance defense litigation, including five years as the assistant manager of the Philadelphia Staff Counsel office of a prominent national automobile insurance company.  He has put this defense knowledge to good use for the last nine years while he has represented individuals injured by the negligence of others.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Justice and has also been a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations.  In his spare time, Mr. Stutman has been active in the Temple Beth Hillel-Beth El Men’s Club, where he was the  Co-Chair of the Tzedakah-thon, an event that has raised thousands of dollars for local and international charities.
